Lisa is responsible for tracking Patti's pending sales. Long familiar with the real estate industry, Lisa worked for Windermere 3 years before joining Patti's team. The majority of her work takes place once the purchase and sale agreement is finally signed. Lisa works closely with the lender, escrow officer, inspector and appraiser to make sure Patti's clients are kept informed and we have a smooth orderly closing.
